My flagship work is Botaura — a live multi-tenant RAG platform that enables businesses to ingest their domain documents/catalogs and deploy intelligent customer support with WhatsApp order automation. I designed the row-level multi-tenant isolation, implemented hybrid vector retrieval (pgvector + BM25), and integrated directly as an accredited Meta WhatsApp Tech Provider.
